Telecom Carrier of Record

As the Carrier of Record (CoR) for all regulated and taxable communications services provided through the Plura.AI platform, Plura Connect is registered with the appropriate regulatory and tax agencies as required by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.   In its role as CoR, Plura Connect is responsible for managing and maintaining compliance with those laws and regulations, and we work diligently to ensure that all communications services meet the highest regulatory standards.  Plura Connect is also available to address network and other carrier-related issues.   As the Plura AI CoR, Plura Connect powers the communications services that are “Billed on Behalf of” (BOBO) by Plura.AI, providing clear and accurate billing for all our clients.

The CoR relationship with our retail partners, including MSPs and other businesses with direct customer relationships, means that Tier 1 customer support and day-to-day issues are handled directly by Plura.AI. This structure allows for seamless service delivery while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency at all levels.
